Overview

Our client, a leading manufacturer of steel pipes with multiple plants across the country, faced significant challenges related to raw material delivery and unloading. Issues included non-creation of purchase orders (POs), unapproved purchase orders (POs,) and incorrect purchase orders (POs).

To address these challenges, we implemented a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution to automate the creation and approval of Purchase order (POs). This solution streamlined operations, eliminated chaos across the plants, and resolved challenges in receiving raw materials. As a result, our client experienced a significant improvement in efficiency, with production increasing Significantly  due to smoother delivery and unloading processes at the plants.
