Overview

The client, an insurance partner, manages thousands of customer insurance policies. In the past, the client team manually renewed the policies and applied tariff revisions, a cumbersome process that often led to errors and incorrect renewals.

To address this scenario , we have implemented an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution to streamline the process for various lines of business. The RPA solutions automatically searched for policies in the CRM, calculated and applied the new tariffs, and sent updated policy to the customers via email. Additionally, the RPA system generated detailed reports on the status of each policy.

RPA automation reduced the processing time from three weeks to one day.
