The client, a leading insurance partner, manages thousands of customers with active insurance policies. Many customers pay their premiums monthly, but occasionally, payments are missed. Previously, the client’s team manually generated and sent weekly reminder reports, a process that was time-consuming and often delayed due to limited manpower and other issues.
