Overview

The client, a leading insurance partner, manages thousands of customers with active insurance policies. Many customers pay their premiums monthly, but occasionally, payments are missed. Previously, the client’s team manually generated and sent weekly reminder reports, a process that was time-consuming and often delayed due to limited manpower and other issues.

To address this, we implemented an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution. The RPA bots now automate the reminder process, sending notifications weekly and generating output reports for the client. This automation has led to a 60% increase in collections and eliminated delays in sending reminders
