Overview

Our client, a leading steel pipe manufacturer with multiple plants across the country, encountered significant challenges with the receipt of raw materials, including issues with unapproved Purchase order (POs) and unavailability of Purchase order (POs), and incorrect goods receipt notes. To resolve these issues, we implemented a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that automated the creation and verification of goods receipt notes in SAP.

This automation streamlined the GRN process, ensuring accurate and timely updating of raw materials. Consequently, the client experienced a significant increase in production efficiency due to real time update of raw materials inventory.
