Overview

The client, a Pediatric Dentist and his team, manages hundreds of patients. Medical report needs to be created for each patient and shared in a timely manner. The report needs to be created and shared in a timely manner. Since the report generation were done manually, there was often delay in sending the reports.

In order to address this we deployed a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution. The RPA bots handle the report generation process for every appointment. The Bot uses generative AI, integrating with ChatGPT. This automation has significantly reduced time taken for report generation by 80% and has completely eradicated delays.
