The client, a pediatric dentist and his team, manages a large patient base with diverse dental needs. It is required to remind the patients about appointments and to bring in the required appointments. The team was using their mobile devices to send the SMS and voicemails reminders. This process was previously time-consuming and required significant efforts.
To streamline operations, we implemented an RPA solution that automates the reminder process. Using Twilio for SMS and Third party software for voicemails, the RPA bots automatically send out reminders. The system intelligently selects the appropriate message template based on the patient type and appointment date, ensuring effective communication regarding appointments.
