Overview

The client, a pediatric dentist and his team, manages a large patient base with diverse dental needs. It is required to remind the patients about appointments and to bring in the required appointments. The team was using their mobile devices to send the SMS and voicemails reminders. This process was previously time-consuming and required significant efforts.

To streamline operations, we implemented an RPA solution that automates the reminder process. Using Twilio for SMS and Third party software for voicemails, the RPA bots automatically send out reminders. The system intelligently selects the appropriate message template based on the patient type and appointment date, ensuring effective communication regarding appointments.

The client was manually sending SMS and voicemails to the patients which was time consuming and was taking hours to complete sending reminders. This shift has streamlined communication, allowing for quicker updates and outreach while reducing manual effort.

Patient Engagement

The process intelligently picks up the frequency of sending reminders based on patient classification, creating customized message content for SMS and voicemails reminders based on the different types of appointments enhancing patient engagement.

Timely Reminders

The client struggled to send daily reminders, resulting in missed appointments and lower patient engagement. However, by implementing bots, they automated the reminder process, ensuring timely notifications for patients
