Overview

The Client, a pediatric dentist, and their dedicated team manage a high volume of patient appointments for both new and existing patients. To enhance patient flow and optimize scheduling, they are seeking an automated system. This system will efficiently access their pre-defined appointment lists, check available time slots across multiple centers, and facilitate seamless appointment bookings.

To streamline this process, we implemented a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution. The RPA bots now handle appointment booking by reading and processing Excel files containing patient and center details. The bots automatically schedule appointments and send reminder emails, reducing time consumption and eliminating delays in communication.
