Account Executive(Exp.0-1 Year)

We are looking for Account Executive (Freshers) for our existing team with good understanding of Tally, GST, PF, ESI  is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist with tax-related documentation.
  • Audit Support: Prepare documentation and assist auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial (Full Command on Tally)
  • Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to clients or customers and ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Expense Management: Track and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Requirement:
